The new structure of the ISCO organization was designed with this optimization in mind by elevating Operational Excellence to its own role on the Leadership Team. This organization will provide a systemic approach to bring our continuous improvement to the next level with high impact on agility, reliability, yield and productivity.
This Operational Excellence will now be called ISCO Excellence, with an intent to work beyond the scope of manufacturing and project execution, looking at capabilities, execution and governance in a more holistic way across our business.

Average travel requirements: 50% (can go up to 70% during critical phases of deployment) and can be balanced with home office when not travelling.
As Life Science Production System (LSPS) Regional Deployment lead you are the change agent for the implementation of the Production System at manufacturing sites & distribution centers. You also contribute to the alignment of the LSPS deployment master plan across our Integrated Supply Chain & Operations.
You are leading LSPS deployment activities, ensuring transformation progress and capabilities building according to deployment methodology standards with the objective to enable the local LSPS team to continue LSPS deployment autonomously.
Part of the deployment activities you ensure with the local LSPS deployment team proper:
1. Site preparation, change management & communication activities,
2. Kick off & Training Bootcamp,
3. Diagnostics / LSPS maturity assessment followed by prioritization of LSPS elements to be implemented & tactical improvement initiatives considering effort/impact,
4. Definition of related Tactical Improvement Plans (including capabilities building),
5. Implementation of improvements & definition of the site LSPS continuous improvement & expansion plan.
Based on requirements you continue to coach / support sites for successful autonomous deployment, sustainment & continuous improvement of LSPS.
You support the definition and continuous improvement of LSPS standard elements, related maturity assessments, training modules through outside-in benchmarking & best practices sharing.
Who you are:
* Bachelor's degree - Industrial Engineering/ Engineering /Supply Chain / Business Administration
* Extensive operations, QA/QC, process engineering/maintenance, supply chain, operation excellence experience
* Demonstrated experience in implementing improvement initiatives with impactful results and robust change management.
* Production system experience (ideally deployment)
* Lean 6 Sigma & project management experience

* Have built cultural acumen through work experience within specific region
* Strategic minded while having the ability to focus on the critical actions
* Highly influential and able to sell ideas and approaches
* Solid coaching and mentoring competency
* Able to influence change without direct authority
* Shingo experience
* Black Belt accreditation
