Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with builders and developers to generate commercial leads
* Secure opportunities for the company to price and bid on projects
* Oversee and manage commercial projects from pricing and scheduling to manufacturing and installation

Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction, furniture, or manufacturing industries
* Strong commercial acumen with a background in accounting or quantity surveying (preferred)
* Proficient in business development, contract negotiation, and project management
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
