Responsibilities and Duties:
* Coordinate daily restaurant operations
* Manage financial aspects of the restaurant on a daily basis
* Exceed customer expectations consistently
* Maintain optimal stock levels
* Schedule and coordinate employee shifts
* Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold HACCP and cleaning standards
* Supervise and develop team members
* Actively promote the restaurant brand
* Facilitate open communication with the kitchen team to ensure service and food quality
* Liaise with the operations and reservations teams daily
* Ensure seamless experiences for key clients' reservations/events
* Report to the assistant manager and restaurant manager

Criteria for Application:
* Minimum 1 year of experience at a supervisory level
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the Hospitality Sector
* Strong leadership skills
* Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
* Fluency in spoken and written English
