Administrative Assistant Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team at a medical devices company based in Santry, Dublin.
Purpose of the Role:
* Manage day-to-day orders by processing, picking, and packing products.
* Oversee incoming stock, handle courier bookings, and check/file reports from service engineers.
* Confirm customer orders and assist with general administration duties.
* Process daily orders on Microsoft Dynamics and conduct regular reporting processes aligned with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Support the Sales and Service teams by assisting with field-based activities and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
Key Requirements:
* Communicate company policies effectively to external parties while maintaining a positive image.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
* Proven experience in customer service.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with high energy and urgency to deliver results.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
* Strong time management and attention to detail skills.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and take initiative independently.
