Location: Monaghan area
Payscale: €34,000 per annum
General work permit will be provided
Potential Employment Duration: Permanent; Full-time.
Required Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience as Commis Chef or Chef de Partie, possess experience in a busy hotel environment, and be expected to work in
a dynamic Bar Food menu type setup with valid Manual Handling certification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook food to high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service delivery
* Stay up-to-date with new recipes, cooking techniques, and menu innovations
Requirements:

* Proven experience in a busy hotel environment
* Valid Manual Handling certification
