Assisting in the development of digital communication and social strategies for each venue, primarily in the areas of email marketing, social media, and website content management.
Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
1. Substantial, prior professional experience in social media and content creation
2. Experience crafting engaging social copy that generates reactions
3. Experience with email systems and email marketing
4. Experience with Adobe Suite or similar
5. Creative experience using Instagram Stories and TikTok
6. Experience in creating mobile video using a smartphone
7. Experience with paid social campaigns
8. Hands-on experience with social media management tools for brands – publishing scheduling, analytics, social listening
9. Excellent writing and copy skills are essential
10. Previous work with premium brands would be beneficial
11. Photography experience a plus

What the role includes
17. Designing templates and content for email marketing campaigns across the three clubs in both venues using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
18. Creating content using Canva and Adobe Design Packages - primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
19. Make recommendations on email and social media activity and assist in determining appropriate strategies for each Club
20. Regular reporting and analysis on digital and social activity
21. Responsible for crafting engaging social content – posts, stories, videos - that generate engagement, grow our following and build trust with our audience
22. Managing content calendars using social media management tools – e.g. Sprout Social, Hubspot, Hootsuite etc. across channels - Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Ensuring content is tailored according to each brand voice, the channel, and the target audience
23. Liaising with our Club and venue operations teams and promoters in both venues for necessary updates across artist content.
