HR Manager - Part Time
MSS Building Services is Ireland's leading mechanical and electrical supplier committed to excellence in service and quality. Our HQ is based in Ballymount, Dublin 24. With over 50 members of staff working from 3 locations, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and dynamic workplace for our employees.
The Role:
We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Part-Time HR Manager to join our team. This office-based role offers flexible working hours within our Monday to Friday office hours. This role is 20 - 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Policy and Procedure Development: Create, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and enhance company operations.
2. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with staff and management, promoting a harmonious work environment.
3. Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
4. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process for new hires and offboarding for departing employees.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR data.
6. HR Administration: Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
7. Change Management: Lead and manage HR-related change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation to support organizational goals.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to HR management.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
6. 3rd Level Degree in HR required.
7. 7+ years of relevant HR experience, particularly within recruitment, onboarding, and policy development.
