Job Title: Dutch Sales and Negotiation Specialist
Job Type: Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri)
Location: Dublin City
Work Model: Training onsite and then hybrid model going forward. (3 days on site, 2 days at home)
Salary: €50K On-target earnings with further uncapped commission available + pension, healthcare & gym and more.
We are looking to hire a Dutch Sales and Negotiation Specialist to join a growing global company based in the Dublin city offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a potential candidate that has excellent relationship, interpersonal, negotiation skills with strong attention to detail and a high standard of client management experience. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients and growing the footprint of the organisation across the Dutch market. You will join a global company with a state-of-the-art modern offices based right in the city centre and work with a small specialised team.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing new accounts and clients, working alongside other departments to achieve targets.
* Identifying and organizing location visits and ensuring that the necessary site infrastructure is in place to meet client’s needs.
* Ensuring the prospective partners have a solid understanding of the proposed propositions and agreement terms.
* Communication via phone and email, both verbal and written.
* Preparing proposals, pitches, presentations with accuracy.
* Ensuring accurate and efficient data processing via the company’s database / CRM system.
* Business savvy with good influencing and negotiation skills.
* Other Adhoc Duties.
Candidate Profile:
* Fluent Dutch language skills (verbal and written) and proficient English.
* 1-2 years of experience from a sales environment highly preferred.
* Customer service experience is not necessary but is an advantage.
* Strong Administration and MS Office skills.
* High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach.
* Excellent telephone manner is essential.
