Contentious Construction Lawyer – Dublin
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join the Construction team of a leading law firm in Dublin.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, where you will have the chance to develop specialist industry knowledge and contribute to the successful delivery of complex construction projects.
The Role
The position will focus on contentious construction disputes advising clients in a broad range of sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advising on mediation, adjudication, arbitration, expert determination, and dispute avoidance strategies.
* Drafting legal documents such as advices, submissions, and settlement agreements.
* Engaging in business development and thought leadership initiatives
* Representing clients in health and safety matters, including defending enforcement actions.
The Person
* Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in construction disputes
* High levels of commercial acumen
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
