With a focus on excellent customer service, we are looking for a Junior Trade Counter Sales Assistant to join our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve customers at the trade counter, offering excellent service with a positive and professional attitude.
2. Assist customers in selecting products and providing advice on hardware, tools, and DIY.
3. Process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage card payments.
4. Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked trade counter area.
5. Support with stock management, including receiving deliveries.
6. Develop product knowledge to assist customers effectively and confidently.
7. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
8. Answer phone calls and emails.
