Project Office Coordinator
Pay rate range: €22.18 - €23.66 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: Parkmore, Galway City (this role is based on site and the occasional day of working from home is permitted)
Company type: This role is with a large global Medical Device Manufacturer with an excellent local reputation.
Responsibilities of this Project Office Coordinator role:
* Provides project and administrative support to the R&D department.
* Monitors program/projects/system statuses, budgets and timetables.
* Providing event support with site leadership meetings (once per month). This includes; room bookings, coordination of catering.
* Supporting the leadership team with scheduling, preparing presentations, calendar arrangements and expenses management for when leadership are travelling.
* Taking weekly meeting minutes and tracking actions.
* Managing records, files and some PO number tracking.
* There will be some cross country communication, there is another team in the US.
The ideal applicant will have 3+ years of good quality office work experience and will be used to working in an administration heavy work environment. You will need to be able to work autonomously as this is the sole administration support role for the R&D function.
This is a 39 hour week role, Monday to Friday, Office hours.
