The successful candidate will work as part of an industry leading wealth management provider. This role will provide career opportunities that will allow you to grow to your full potential. You will assist in driving growth and provide an enhanced customer service offering while also supporting the Bank's strategic ambitions.
In this role, you will:
1. Develop key relationships and build a very strong collaboration with Bank management and key staff.
2. Advise customers based on their needs and provide services and products tailored to their requirements.
3. Deliver stretching sales targets from new and existing customers.
4. Ensure all business is converted and fully aligns with both internal and external regulatory and compliance standards.
5. Improve cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
What will make you stand out?
We are looking for a self-starter who demonstrates proactivity, efficient administration, time management, organisation, and compliance skills. You will utilise a wide range of business referral sources and proactively lead and respond to referrals while also carrying very strong active listening and questioning techniques.
The ideal candidate will deliver on client needs and clearly link them to clients' financial goals and objectives, recognising the appropriate solution to each client's situation by displaying the utmost integrity at all times.
Someone who can demonstrate industry knowledge and constantly strives to improve on personal and technical knowledge and is well informed on current economic and product questions.
