Deliverables:

- Understand differences between tax preparation, audit, review and compilation engagements; has basic understanding of each engagement's final deliverables

- Displays courteous, responsive, and professional manner that builds an environment of trust, respect, and fairness

- Maintains strict confidentiality of client business and maintains appropriate skepticism

- Strives to complete assignments within timeline and budget

- Performs self-review (financial statement, tax return), acts on review notes and strives to carry learning forward on engagements

- Seeks feedback for self-improvement

Background/Attributes

- Bachelor's degree with 24 credits in Accounting

- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Enjoys working with a variety of clients and peers to produce deliverables

- Comfortable learning and using a variety of s/w

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and time management

- Enjoys continuous learning and strives to apply knowledge gained
