The Role My client, a service provider within the non-profit sector is seeking an experienced Fundraising Success Manager to join their team.
This is a full-time, permanent, remote position with monthly travel required.
As the Fundraising Success Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and growing fundraising initiatives by working closely with organisations, providing guidance, promotional support, and process management while also representing the company at events.
Tasks and Duties Work closely with fundraising organisations to help them grow and maximise their success.
Develop and manage initiatives to attract new supporters and retain existing ones.
Provide guidance and best practices to fundraisers on launching and promoting their campaigns.
Analyse customer insights and implement follow-up actions to enhance engagement.
Supply fundraisers with promotional materials, communication templates, and resources.
Update and maintain fundraiser websites to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Manage internal and external processes, including documentation, data tracking, reporting, and customer support.
Represent the organisation at exhibitions and conferences to promote fundraising opportunities.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, presentation and active listening.
Extensive data management and analysis skills.
Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Previous experience in client/stakeholder management is preferred, Experience within the Not for Profit sector is a distinct advantage.
Full Irish License & own vehicle.
