Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team for a B2B SaaS tech software company. As the first product marketing hire, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and driving demand for our product.
Main Responsibilities:
* Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and drives demand.
* Product Releases & Roadmap: Support the development of a customer-facing product roadmap that increases the stickiness of the product for customers and supports gaining a competitive advantage with new deals.
* Market Research & Insights: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Translate insights into actionable strategies to differentiate our products.
* Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, presentations, and collateral to equip the sales team with the information and assets needed to effectively sell our products.
* Demand Generation: Partner with demand generation to develop marketing campaigns that drive awareness and generate qualified leads all the way through the funnel.
* Customer Advocacy: Work closely with the customer-facing teams to gather feedback, create case studies, and showcase customer success stories.
Key Skills/ Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of SAAS product marketing experience
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Prioritization and project management skills
