As an Accounts Assistant, the successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, with a focus on payroll, payment reconciliation, and administrative management.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including chasing debtors and ensuring timely payments.
* Enter day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the head office team in administrative tasks and maintaining records.
Requirements:
* Experience with Payroll
* Experience in an admin/clerical role, ideally in an Office Manager capacity.
* Strong bookkeeping skills; the role functions as the finance point of contact on-site.
