The Role
We're looking for a talented Travel Specialist to join our close-knit sales team. You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, creating bespoke luxury itineraries from the ground up and making sure every part of their journey is seamless, personal, and unforgettable.
It’s a role for someone who genuinely loves travel and people. Someone who gets a thrill out of designing the perfect trip and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch, high-reward environment.
What you’ll be doing
1. Owning the full sales journey: from first enquiry to final booking and beyond
2. Crafting tailored, thoughtful itineraries based on deep consultation with clients
3. Giving expert guidance on destinations, experiences, logistics and accommodation
4. Preparing polished quotes and travel documents with care and attention
5. Meeting clients in person when needed, building trust and relationships that last
6. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure every booking runs like clockwork
7. Staying on top of new products, emerging destinations, and the OROKO way of doing things
8. Living and breathing exceptional service, before, during, and after travel
Who you are
1. You’ve got at least 3 years of experience in luxury sales
2. You’re confident, curious, and deeply knowledgeable about travel
3. You’ve got excellent communication and sales skills, and know how to close a deal
4. You’re ridiculously organised, detail-obsessed, and proactive
5. You play well with others and enjoy being part of a team
6. You’re fluent in English, and ideally hold a degree in travel, business, or a related area
