Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to drive the growth of our construction solution sales in Ireland, covering a range of sectors including civils and manufacturing.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales, with a proven track record of growing existing accounts and generating new business.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth and Development: Grow and develop the sales activities in Ireland across 4 sectors.
2. CPD Presentations: Deliver CPD presentations to customers and partners.
3. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks.
4. Partnerships: Work with external partners, customers, and internal product development and technical teams to create new products that meet customer needs.
5. New Business Generation: Generate new business using knowledge and networking skills.
6. Team Collaboration: Partner with other sector managers within the commercial team and across the business.
7. Market Feedback: Provide market information feedback to the Marketing and Product Development departments.
8. Training and Development: Provide sector knowledge and training to customers and internal organisation.
9. Product Specification: Win product specification opportunities in the sector.
10. Contractor and Consultant Training: Provide training on products and solutions as required to contractors, consultants, and others.
