With manufacturing facilities in Victoria (Epping & Maryborough), New South Wales (Kirrawee), Queensland (Nerang), South Australia (Dublin) and multiple sales and distribution offices Nationally, due to continued business growth, an excellent opportunity now exists for a highly efficient and organised graduate to join us and support our Finance team, assisting our Accountants with day-to-day financial tasks based at our main site located in Epping, VIC.

The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to our CFO, this new opportunity will see your responsibilities be wide ranging with some of the main tasks for this role being (but not limited to):
* Accurately input financial data into accounting systems, ensuring updates are timely and precise.
* Assist in processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
* Reconcile discrepancies in financial data and ensure the accuracy of records.
* Organise and maintain financial files and documentation for easy access.
* Support accountants in preparing monthly financial reports, ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
* Help in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
* Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing, data validation, and document management.
* Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Who we are looking for:
To therefore be considered for this opportunity, we are seeking to hear from applicants who possess:
* A recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and financial tasks.
* Proven ability to work efficiently and prioritise tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions, formulas, data management).
* Knowledge of accounting software or financial systems is a plus but not required.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
* A proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn and develop within the finance field.
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with other team members.
