The CQ Engineer reports to the CQ Area Lead and is responsible for the safe and compliant delivery of verification activities for their assigned systems.
Responsibilities
1. Commissioning and Qualification of assigned systems.
2. Generation of System Traceability Matrices, C&Q Risk Assessments, C&Q plans, test cases and reports.
3. Vendor and Contractor coordination and supervision (offsite and onsite).
4. Review and acceptance of contractor and vendor handover documentation.
5. Acceptance of systems at Mechanical Completion (following walk-down, punch-listing, etc.).
6. Safe set-up of systems (PSSR, LOTO, Valve Line-ups).
7. Safe energization and start-up of equipment and systems.
8. Co-ordination of utilities energization to downstream systems, where applicable.
9. Document generation and execution for assigned systems (FAT, SAT, RV, IV, OV).
10. Running recipes, sequences and functional testing via DCS (DeltaV).
11. Troubleshooting and resolving design, installation and operational issues for systems under test.
Role Requirements
1. BS Engineering or Science (or equivalent experience)
2. Minimum 2 years project experience in the commissioning and qualification of pharma utilities.
3. Previous C&Q experience of Clean Utilities or SM Process Equipment an advantage.
4. Knowledge of GMPS, regulatory requirements, equipment commissioning and qualification.
5. Delta V experience desirable.
6. KNEAT experience desirable.
