The Opportunity
EirGrid's Solution Development and Data Management team is expanding its transformation Programme. We're seeking a Power Platform Support Engineer to manage the operational health of Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
This role will also manage Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) for access administration and provide end-user support. The successful candidate will be part of a diverse, multi-disciplined team delivering software solutions and integrations to enable our Business Strategy.
About the Role
* Responsible for implementing and supporting software solutions to stakeholders across the organisation.
* Form part of the foundation layer for the development of our Dev-Ops and Cloud practice.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* At least 3 years of experience in a support role with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform, supported by a degree or qualification in a technical discipline.
* Proficient understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Experience with Azure AD for user and access management, including security and compliance policies.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
* Communication and customer service skills, capable of explaining technical details to a non-technical audience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 integrations advantageous.
* Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) certification or similar strongly recommended.
* Power Platform Operations experience preferred.
