Job Title: Group Head of Finance
A key leadership role in driving financial strategy and growth for our client, a successful and expanding group of companies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial plans that align with the company's overall objectives.
* Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders, including the Board and external parties.
* Compliance and Governance: Oversee compliance with relevant regulations and ensure robust governance practices are in place.
* Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring processes are fit for purpose and aligned with organizational priorities.
Requirements:
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA Qualified Accountant
* Significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance role, with responsibility for finance and governance
* Experience of leading and developing a high-performing finance team
* Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to make business decisions at a senior level and report to a Board
