Planning and Environment - Head Office, Piercetown, Dunboyne, Co.Meath
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Asset Manager to oversee all company-owned assets, including land, sites, and property. The successful candidate will ensure that all lease timelines are closely monitored, and relevant individuals are informed of upcoming deadlines. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assets effectively.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain a comprehensive database of all company-owned assets.
2. Monitor lease agreements and ensure timely renewals or terminations.
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure awareness of upcoming lease deadlines and financial commitments.
4. Work with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with asset management regulations.
5. Conduct periodic asset evaluations and provide reports on asset performance and value.
6. Identify opportunities for asset optimization and cost reduction.
7. Take responsibility for review and analysis of all property outgoings including Service Charges, Insurance, Rates & other property related outgoings.
8. Oversee maintenance and operational requirements for company properties.
9. Collaborate with vendors, landlords, and external partners as needed.
Skills Required
1. Strong knowledge of asset management principles and best practices.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
3. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
4. Proficiency in asset management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Understanding of lease agreements and real estate management.
6. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
