Vhi Group Services DAC have a full time permanent vacancy for the role of Campaign Manager Multiline based in Dublin on a hybrid basis. We are currently embarking on an ambitious growth strategy for our existing and new Multiline products, which include Travel, Dental, International and Life insurance. To drive this ambition, we are recruiting a Multiline Campaign Manager to join our Customer Journey Transformation Team. This role will have overall responsibility for shaping, executing and delivering growth strategies for Multiline products, leveraging data-driven, personalised journeys to enhance engagement and deliver on commercial targets. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in developing MarTech capabilities that enable us to scale and deliver these strategies at pace - ensuring we maximise reach, frequency, and ROI.
The successful candidate will join a growing and dynamic team, working with multiple stakeholders both within Vhi and externally. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and commercial marketer to join Vhi at a time of significant growth.
Role purpose
* Develop and execute diverse ML growth and retention strategies for existing and new product lines across the entire customer base, to seamlessly integrate into automated, joined up, personalised customer journeys.
* Overall responsibility to ensure growth and retention strategies to deliver on commercial targets for the entire customer base.
* Develop MarTech capability to deliver high performing automated campaigns at pace and scale optimising performance to meet ambitious targets.
* Drive continuous improvement through data driven insights and market analysis to maximise performance.
* Define outcomes and measures of success to deliver sustained customer value to customers and achieve our commercial targets.
* Lead a campaign execution team including journey mapping, data, creative, content creation and email execution.
* Lead the discovery phases and develop strategies for new product lines, ensuring seamless integration into the overall ML growth strategy.
* Manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment across all growth and retention strategies.
* Management of budget and reconciliation process across all product marketing spend.
Key Criteria
Education & Knowledge:
* Marketing Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 7 years’ marketing experience, with expertise in direct to customer channels.
Experience:
* Proven experience of delivering successful direct to customer campaigns.
* An awareness of Vhi’s Multiline products.
* Experience of journey mapping across proposition led and/or commercial cross-sell campaigns.
* Strong strategic thinker.
* Excellent planning, organisation and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership experience & ability to motivate and lead a team.
* Knowledge of Marketing Cloud would be beneficial.
* Budget management ownership and experience in control processes.
* Demonstrated alignment to the Vhi values.
