About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This position will be responsible for working proactively with ZAGG's customers' Resellers & Distributors. You will support all queries from Field Sales & Channel Partners to ensure smooth operations, SLA adherence, and timely customer information.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide sales support to Regional Field Sales Personnel & Partners on pre- and post-sales enquiries, including order entry, backorder management, invoicing, delivery issues, sample requests, complaints, and return requests.
* Develop and maintain relationships with ZAGG field sales, partners, and resellers.
* Own customer weekly reports, including backorders, shipments, and open orders.
* Stay up-to-date with product information and changes.
* Maintain proficiency in all ZAGG internal systems and ensure adherence to procedures.
* Perform miscellaneous tasks as required, including covering colleagues during leave, assisting in induction training, and general administrative duties.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
Ideal Candidate
* Fluency in English and a second language is desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with experience in CRM, GP, and Dynamics.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology sales environment.
* Proven record in customer order management.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proactive problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
