About the Role
This role is part of our flexible work model and you will be able to enjoy a mix of 50% onsite and 50% remote work environment, if you are located in one of our office locations.
In this role you:
1. Focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers for our products for the office of the CFO and CHRO
2. Sell the company's products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to existing customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
3. Must close the sale on products, systems and/or services.
4. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.
5. Keep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
6. Have thorough knowledge of company products, systems and services.
7. May direct customers to websites or other company resources for information.
8. May act as sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, and/or products.
9. May establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
10. Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
11. Minimum 1 years experience in closing sales experience
12. Business Fluency in German & English
13. Experience in consultative and collaborative selling and closing
14. Strong experience in pipeline management and accurate forecasting
15. Experience selling to the office of the CHRO or CFO required (e.g.workforce/financial planning, HCM, or sourcing/procurement solutions preferred)
Other Qualifications:
16. BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience is required, MA/MS degree preferred
17. Motivated to reach quotas and over perform
