Working arrangements: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office
Location: Citywest Business Campus, Dublin

Role Summary: The Proposal Manager helps navigate our multi-division, multi-service business structure to lead the development of enterprise-level proposals that integrate offerings from across Inizio.
This role requires exceptional stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and the ability to synthesize input from diverse business units into a compelling, seamless client proposition.
Working with business development, client solutions, marketing, delivery teams, and leadership across multiple divisions, the Proposal Manager ensures that proposals are not only of high quality but also positioned to differentiate our solutions in the market.
Responsibilities:Develop and manage complex proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer solicitations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.Collaborate with teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to develop winning proposal strategies and content.Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, prioritising tasks and resources to meet tight deadlines.Ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals, including coordination with external partners and vendors.About you:5+ years of experience in proposal management, sales, or marketing, with a focus on enterprise-level sales.Proven track record of winning large, complex deals through effective proposal management.Strong understanding of enterprise software, technology, or services sales.Experience with proposal automation tools, such as proposal management software.Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.About us: We help our clients navigate their clinical development and commercialization journey by connecting the best scientific knowledge, market intelligence, actionable data, technology, communication, and creative execution.
