About the Role:
We are seeking a Director of capability strategy within our Payment Integrity division. Payment Integrity ensures the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions in healthcare and driving better outcomes across healthcare systems.
In this highly strategic role, you will drive the development and optimisation of key capabilities that support this business, including Analytics, Automation, Data, Technology, and Workforce Strategies. You will be responsible for creating and executing global capability roadmaps that deliver operational excellence and innovation, ensuring these capabilities are fully aligned with Payment Integrity’s business objectives.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in multi-function strategy and transformation for large-scale, complex organisations. Experience within business consulting or in environments such as Shared Service Centers (SSC), Global Business Solutions (GBS), Global Capability Centers (GCC), Innovation Centers or similar in-house models would be highly relevant. Primary Responsibilities:
• Define and communicate the global vision, mission, and goals for Payment Integrity (PI) capability, ensuring alignment with business strategy and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and execute the global capability roadmap, prioritising initiatives to achieve key outcomes and impact.
• Lead collaboration with global capability teams and cross-functional partners (Analytics, Automation, Data, Technology), providing guidance to ensure performance and engagement.
• Foster relationships with PI capability work streams, cross-capability teams, and global functional leaders to ensure alignment and coordination across the capability network.
• Evaluate capability delivery using relevant metrics, driving continuous improvements in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Leverage and share best practices, innovations, and market insights across the PI capability network.
• Represent the capability area of expertise in internal/external forums, events and networks, and act as a subject matter expert.

Required Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in driving capability expertise, with proven track record of leading cross-functional global teams and projects
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans
• Proven track record in developing transformation strategy, driving change management, identifying and driving innovation, or related functions within large-scale complex environments
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, management, or human resources, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Identifying and leading growth activities through optimisation/improvement/transformation
• Knowledge and experience of operational metrics, workforce management, people metrics, process Improvement, change management
• Existing knowledge of US Healthcare industry, major healthcare entities, member/eligibility, claims lifecycle and/or payment integrity would be an advantage but not essential
• Experience and/or viewpoint of analytics and technology strategy
