**Senior Manager Maintenance, Facilities & Utilities Engineering**
**About the Role**
As a key member of the Additive Engineering Management Team, the Senior Engineering Manager will oversee a Maintenance, Facilities & Utilities Engineering team across our Anngrove site in Carrigtohill, ensuring excellence in Engineering.
**Key Activities:**
* Contribute as a key member of the Additive Engineering Management Team to develop and implement an engineering plan for the site.
* Develop and ensure that all Engineering, Operations Quality, People, Cost, and Service Metrics are achieved.
* Develop, maintain, and review Maintenance, Facilities & Utilities Engineering objectives and 'Dashboard' metrics.
* Communicate departmental progress through Business Unit review process and other forums.
* Build a high trust and engagement culture within Engineering.
* Lead and demonstrate behaviors that drive engagement every day.
* Ensure that the Engineering Organization Structure is fit for purpose and implement any changes using an effective change management approach.
* Build and develop talent within the function and site.
* Support and mentor other team members as required and participate in talent review process outside of own area.
* Ensure effective performance management, communications, and recognition within function.
* Drive a robust world-class Lean / Continuous Improvement program across Additive Build a structure and process to drive Additive Maintenance & Facilities teams, and manage a robust review, monitoring, and communications process aligned with this Program.
* Support and/or manage major CI Programs (including cost-out initiatives) as required, which may include being involved at any or all phases of project/program from idea to execution phase.
* Develop innovative improvement concepts that become candidate projects.
* Project manage improvement initiatives as required.
* Contribute as SME on specific Projects/Programs.
* Provision of Engineering support for existing and new processes.
* Standardizing approaches and practices across Operations and Engineering.
**Qualifications & Knowledge**
* Level 8 NFQ in Engineering or similar Discipline.
* Lean Diploma/Green Belt qualifications.
* Minimum of five year's leadership experience, with significant people management responsibility, in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a regulated industry.
* Good understanding of manufacturing excellence and experience in successful implementation of significant change management initiatives.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Change management experience.
* Good financial acumen.
* Strong communication skills.
