We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive the promotion of our medical devices in the B2B space.
The ideal candidate will possess proven sales and marketing experience, a keen interest in technology, and a solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies within the healthcare industry.
You will work closely with our Sales and Technical Service teams to design compelling marketing campaigns that elevate our brand and drive business growth.
You would be responsible for creating and managing the sales and marketing strategy for our Defibrillation, Monitoring, and Diagnostic Equipment.
Key Responsibilities:Support and collaborate with the Business Development Manager to grow profitable business projects in the Healthcare department.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote our products to businesses and healthcare professionals.Collaborate with product teams to understand the technical aspects of devices and translate them into clear, persuasive marketing messages.Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitors to optimise campaigns and drive business results.Attend trade shows, webinars, and industry events to represent the brand and build relationships with key stakeholders.Develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and sales goals.Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve performance.Knowledge & Experience:Third level qualification in Marketing, Business, Technology or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in medical devices or technology.Proven experience with B2B marketing strategies and campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and CRM software.Passion for technology and innovation.
