This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role based in our Dublin City Centre head office.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' experience in a customer service role within a regulated insurance environment who is eager to step into a finance-focused role.
As a Junior Finance Administrator you will be confident working with systems, comfortable handling customer-related financial processes and queries, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.

The primary responsibilities and focus areas for this role will include the following: Responsible for maintaining daily cash reconciliations including cash error reporting and monitoring.
Ensure AA credit agreement and client refund policies are optimal and compliant in line with CPC.
Responsibility for membership renewals and collections.
Assist in uploading and authorizing daily direct debit Bank files within strict deadlines and providing backup for our unpaid direct debit process.
Daily Processing of Insurance and Membership cheques ensuring all cheques are processed within the agreed timeframes.
Responsible for running mandate control reports and assisting in the control around direct debit collection.
Assisting with downloading monthly bank statements and completing bank reconciliations as assigned.
Assisting with Balance Sheet Recs and Credit Card postings at month end.
Involvement in ad hoc tasks including EFT/Refunds / projects as required by the business.
Posting Incoming payments to SAP & reconciling the collection account at month end.
