At Missionpharma, we are looking for an experienced Business Controller to join our global finance team. Your expertise will play a key part in sustaining and enhancing the financial and operational controlling function across the Missionpharma Group to ensure that Missionpharma can deliver medical supplies to our customers all over the world.
You will report directly to the CFO and be based at our Danish headquarters in Lynge, collaborating closely with our finance team in India. We are looking for a candidate who excels in financial support, administration, and oversight, and who is also able to and interested in enhancing our reporting processes.
You will be responsible for:
* Financial controlling, including analysis of budgets, client and project profitability, and financial trends.
* On a monthly basis, conduct financial analysis and qualitative follow-up, i.e., on expense accounts.
* Provide timely and accurate financial analysis on ad hoc topics, including identifying risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to management.
* Participate in the development of analytical tools based on new ERP and BI-driven solutions.
* Periodical financial analysis of the competitive landscape.
Our expectations for you:
To succeed in this job, you must have a hands-on attitude, where no task is too small or too big. We expect that you have several years of experience and are still willing to do basic financial controlling tasks.
Furthermore, you have:
* B.Sc. in Business Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
* Strong financial and analytical skills with a structured and detailed approach.
* Resilience in follow-ups and good administrative and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in English both verbally and in writing.
Finally, you are positive, confident, and easy to work with.
