The ideal candidate will excel in solution-based sales and demonstrate a strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships within the road, air, and ocean freight sectors. This job is based in North Dublin.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across freight solutions, including road, air, and ocean logistics.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on customers with substantial freight spends.
* Identify client needs and deliver tailored logistics solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
* Manage and update the sales pipeline, ensuring structured and detailed reporting.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success and other business developers, to align on strategic goals.
* Attend key meetings and contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and quarterly reviews.
* Represent the company in client meetings and industry events, requiring frequent travel as needed.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* At least 10 years of experience in logistics, with a strong emphasis on road freight.
* Proven ability in solution-based sales with a high conversion rate.
* Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Azyra or similar).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a results-driven team.
