Facilites Manager for 2x professional office sites. IMMEDIATE Interviews Location: Dublin 2 Monday to Friday (professional office hours. 4 days onsite plus 1 day remote) Salary: 40K Reporting to: Contract Manager The role may suit an experienced Facilities Coordinator seeking a promotion to the role of Facilities Manager or a Facilities/Property Manager seeking an opportunity to move to a corporate/commercial setting. Overall purpose of the job To take the lead in providing Facilities Management on the client premises. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will assist and take ownership in providing facilities management & facilities related projects including moves management, space planning, administration, financial control, logistics, H&S, energy management of the highest quality, enabling the business to carry out their business activities in a safe comfortable, productive and cost effective environment. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience working in a facilities environment Excellent PC skills, including Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint and project A strong understanding of facilities related services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An ability to be the reporting line for people/teams (Janitorial & Security) An understanding of mechanical and electrical building engineering services Working knowledge of service provision contracts and contract administration procedures Knowledge of building safety codes, H&S, etc. An understanding of financial budgeting, management and control techniques Eagerness to learn and progress Self-starter Main Duties and Responsibilities Providing timely reports to the client & Contracts Manager that will ensure they are updated on all projects and office moves on site Management of a multi-site TFM (Total Facilities Management) contract in South Dublin Sites (2) based on client HQ with regular site visits required Management of contractual documents and KPIs to ensure our risk is minimised and profit is maximised Effective sourcing and utilisation of materials and subcontractors. Ensuring PPM schedule is delivered effectively and remedial works actioned. Management of direct report staff; Security and Cleaners (including Time Management System) Formulation & management of budgets for all contracts under their control to ensure that cost control is effective in ensuring that financial objectives are met Maintain auditable records for all in-house and outsourced PPM activities and ensure all documents are filed in an orderly fashion. Assist with managing the operational direction of outsourced resources, including quality performance, employed in the design, installation and operation of building, engineering and FM services Ensuring all facilities activities and requests are tracked and resolved in timely manner in line with the helpdesk SLA. Ensuring that feedback is provided on each issue Periodic reporting to the client (Monthly, Weekly Ad hoc) Constantly identifying and creating ways to improve efficiency across all facilities related services Ensuring all assets is added into WFM in line with company requirements Take on ad hoc projects from time to time as deemed necessary by the Contracts Manager Skills: facilities manager facilities coordinator facilities Benefits: Paid Holidays
