We would like to employ a forward-thinking and ambitious person who will form an important part of our dynamic team, primarily based in our office in south Wexford.Your primary responsibility will be New Business Acquisition - proactively engage with customers who are seeking to improve their in-house employee management technology.You will also be required to assist new customers with onboarding, technical support & after sales care (training will be provided).Coordinate and ensure the smooth progress of the customer journey.Account Management - maximise your relationships with existing customers to leverage new opportunities for all involved parties (team, clients, suppliers).Be independently motivated and performance driven with the flexibility to work on your own or as part of the on-site support and/or project team.Have excellent communication skills which translate into professional, clear & concise written communications.Generate & maintain relevant daily business reports.You will, from time to time, be required to work weekends proving on-site support to clients.RequirementsREQUIRED SKILLSHospitality industry experience essential, ideally in one of the following functions i.e. GM, AGM, Server, Bar Staff, Waiter/Waitress.Ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people in “plain English”.Basic understanding of Excel, MacOS, iOS & iPadOS.Full clean driver’s license.EXPERIENCE1-2 years sales (preferably cold calling skills an advantage).Previously worked with & have a basic understanding of POS solutions.Have a basic understanding of time & attendance and payroll requirements.Strong understanding of small business communities (hospitality and retail).Support desk software experience advantageous.CHARACTERHave a smart appearance, a friendly personality, be very IT literate, a good timekeeper, sense of humour and be willing to learn.You are an entrepreneurial person that can handle interpersonal relationships excellently.Have good organisational, communication, interpersonal and administrative skills.Have the ability to prioritise and focus when dealing with multiple tasks/projects.Show the ability to develop a trusting relationship with owner, customers and clients.Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.Have excellent spoken and written English.Show strong ability to work as a member of a team and on an individual basis.Demonstrate a strong ability to troubleshoot.Ability to network effectively and communicate clearly.This is Permanent Full-time position available following a successful trial period.Job Application TipWe recognise that candidates feel they need to meet 100% of the job criteria in order to apply for a job.
