Job Description
* Become an expert in our entire platform and understand the competitor landscape.
* Engage in outbound activities with strategic messaging to target high-priority prospects.
* Partner with marketing to design and execute outbound campaigns, increasing lead volume.
* Proactively prospect into new accounts using established sales methodologies.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM.
Requirements
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Capacity to collaborate effectively with others and work across different teams at Rippling.
* Demonstrated desire to join a competitive team-based environment.
* Previous experience in Sales Development or Business Development is preferred.
* Fluent English and German language skills are required.

Compensation
This role offers a competitive On-Target Earnings package consisting of base salary, sales commission, benefits, and equity. The compensation structure includes a 70/30 commission split for base/variable pay.
