We are seeking a M&E Project Manager to work for a well-respected Property Services Contractor based in Mallusk, Northern Ireland.

About the Client:
Our client is a well-respected Property Services Contractor with over 50 years of experience.
They specialise in property alterations and modifications, damage restoration, and maintenance projects.
They work with Social and Private Housing clients, Property Management Companies, Care Homes, Schools, Councils, and Commercial Buildings.
Overview of the Role:
The M&E Project Manager will support the M&E Operations Manager in the service & delivery of maintenance & improvement contracts for the relevant area.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing Sub-Contractors, Direct Labour, Stores, and Supply Chain Partners
* Coordinating self-deliver MTC works
* Delivering contract Response and Servicing works in line with client KPI requirements and internal targets
* Ensuring staff understand their roles while providing adequate resources
* Closely monitoring work to ensure completion safely, on time, to specification, and within cost
Key Responsibilities:
* To assist in the management of KPIs for contracts set by our clients
* Attend Huddles and utilize dashboards to assist in contract delivery
* Drive H&S Compliance in all work practices
* Monitor this through H&S Inspections carried out on site visits
* Deliver required H&S review targets internally and externally
* Assist the team (inclusive of Supply chain) to fully comply with all work processes using the IT systems and PDAs in place
* Have an overview of the work with the supply chain / Company Teams
* Liaise with Client and assist with service delivery matters
* Liaise with Tenants regarding project commencement dates, access arrangements, and general queries around works being carried out by the business
The Ideal Person:
* Experienced in Construction Industry Background working in Social Housing is ideal
* Good written & verbal communication skills
* A valid UK Driver's License CSR Card
* Previous experience in a Leadership Role
* IT Skills & knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Knowledge of M&E Specialist systems
* Ability to keep track of multiple tasks or projects & manage their own time effectively
* Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions regarding H&S, executing work & disciplinary issues
