We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
Duties:

* Guide customers through basic troubleshooting steps, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.
* Accurately log all customer interactions in our service system, providing valuable insights for improvement.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
* Stay up-to-date with company products and services, ensuring you can provide expert advice and support.
* Input and update customer information accurately, maintaining confidentiality and security.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery, achieving targets for call handling time, response time, and customer satisfaction.
* Collect and report customer feedback to management, identifying areas for improvement.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
* Offer personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction, going above and beyond to meet their needs.
Experience:
* Experience on Oracle is beneficial but not required.
* Customer-facing experience is essential, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
* Call centre or Customer Service experience is desirable but not mandatory.
