My client, a successful and high-growth technology business is recruiting an experienced Payroll Manager with international experience to join their team.
This role will suit payroll professionals who want to make a real impact and drive innovations across payroll processes and systems.
The International Payroll Manager will be based in my client's headquarters in Dublin 18.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions
2. Demonstrate an ability to navigate complex payroll scenarios across different countries
3. Manage and coordinate with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
4. Develop and implement global payroll policies and procedures to streamline processes
5. Responsible for reconciliation of all payroll related accounts
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global payroll regulations and changes
Candidate Requirements:
1. Experienced Payroll Manager with a proven track record of managing payroll across multiple jurisdictions
2. A continuous improvement mindset with a desire to enhance processes and systems, modernising the payroll function
3. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
