Part Time HR & Office Manager
Our Client is a distinguished leader in financial services with offices in Kilkenny, Ireland. They are expanding their operations and wish to recruit a new, part time HR & Office Manager.
This is a new, permanent part time opportunity, working 2 days per week (16 hours).
The successful Part Time HR & Office Manager will drive HR initiatives and support the overall success of the company, ensuring compliance, advising on policies, recruitment, training coordination and overseeing the day to day running of the office.

The Role
* Develop, update and implement HR policies and initiatives
* Ensure compliance and best practice
* Oversee the daily administration
* Support the Heads of Department with recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement etc
* Manage recruitment and onboarding
* Schedule training sessions
* Facilities and office management
The Person
* HR Management qualification
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a HR role
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and best practice
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and in a project environment, handling multiple priorities
