What you will be doing:The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all elements of the shift run smoothly.
They must ensure that all tasks, including the handling of cash and recording of figures, are completed accurately.
External calls and queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
They should lead by example with customer service being a top priority.
You should have a natural flair for customer service and an aptitude for numbers.
You should ideally have the ability to work at a fast pace with accuracy while being personable and professional at all times.
You will also be expected to communicate any upcoming events or promotions; therefore, an outgoing personality is a must!
