As part of our ongoing fleet and organisational expansion, we now have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Finance team. The role presents an opportunity to develop a successful and rewarding career and gain significant exposure at all levels across the full breadth of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Various daily and monthly administrative duties across the Finance function.
2. Support and assist the Finance function with monthly reconciliations and month-end duties and other ad hoc tasks as required.
3. Support and assist the Finance function with preparation of reports for SOx, internal and external audits, liaising with auditors as appropriate.
4. From time to time, support and assist the Accounts Payable function, setting up suppliers on the Accounts Payable system, completing call backs and setting up invoices for payment.
5. Supporting group-wide projects where the need arises.
6. Assisting in the development and automation of systems and processes.
7. Supporting the coordination of IT improvements for the function, including rolling upgrades to several systems for the function, involving cross-department communication and project involvement.
8. Assistance with various projects/ad hoc tasks as required.
9. Assist the team with any additional duties that may arise.
