HR Officer
Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading, exponentially growing and long-established manufacturing organisations in the recruitment of a HR Officer for their Head Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Professional looking to take a step up in their HR career in gaining HR Generalist exposure within a fast-paced manufacturing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist HR support to the company's employees.
* Assist with employee relations issues, including conduct note-taking in attendance, disciplinary and grievance investigations.
* Utilise the company's internal HRIS System to update employee records, process invoices and other HR related requests.
* Facilitate the organisation of occupational health appointments, lead on performance management and absence reviews.
* Create, deliver and process employee on-boarding documents.
* Participate in company projects and advise employees on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* Obtained CIPD Qualification or Equivalent HR Qualification.
* Proven experience as a HR Officer for a minimum of 1 year.
* Proficient in utilising HR Systems.
