Job Summary
This is a critical role that requires an experienced Deputy Manager to oversee the well-being and overall experience of residents within our property in the Athlone area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for residents and support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of resident welfare, property management, team coordination and employee development.
* Ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our residents by managing a diverse set of responsibilities, from property management to employee development.
* Be at the forefront of creating a welcoming and supportive living environment, promoting a sense of community, and addressing the needs of the residents.
* Directly enhance the quality of life for those under your care by making a meaningful impact on their lives.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality, property management or related roles.
* Driving licence, as the nature of this role may require travel.
* Strong work ethic, hospitality and service skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents and manage team members.
* Experience in F&B Management.
* Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
* Organisational and problem-solving skills to manage resident welfare and database effectively.
* Attention to detail.
* Broad understanding of different cultures and a sensitivity to diversity in backgrounds.
