Job Opportunity for a Temporary Grade 3 Clerical Officer
We are currently recruiting a temporary Grade 3 Clerical Officer for a Mallow-based client on a six-month contract.
The successful candidate will have strong people skills and be able to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing clerical support to various departments within the organization
* Answering phone calls and responding to messages
* Filing and organizing documents
* Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings
* Data entry and maintaining databases
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a clerical role

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible schedule, as this is a relief role with varied hours
