Our client, a growing dental practice with a commitment to providing high-quality care to their patients, has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing efforts and help drive growth for their expanding clinics. The successful candidate can be located anywhere in the West of Ireland and is happy to travel to locations throughout the country.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Manager who will take sole ownership of the marketing strategy for each of the existing 13 clinics. This individual will play a key role in designing and implementing a commercial marketing strategy that enhances brand presence, attracts new patients, and builds long-term relationships with the local community. You will be expected to understand the unique needs of each clinic, and bring the sales and marketing strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising:
1. Plan, execute, and optimise digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic and generate leads.
2. Continuously analyse results and make data-driven decisions to improve performance and ROI.
Email Marketing:
1. Create, design, and manage email campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and patient updates.
2. Develop email collateral that resonates with target audiences and increases patient engagement.
Ad-Hoc Marketing Projects:
1. Manage and execute various marketing initiatives, such as local events, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
2. Create and execute strategies to enhance brand awareness across Ireland.
Commercial Strategy Development:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each clinic’s goals and target audiences.
2. Work closely with clinic owners to understand business objectives and align marketing efforts accordingly.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in a similar marketing role in any industry type.
2. Strong proficiency with Google Ads, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
3. A hands-on approach and a solid understanding of both strategic planning and execution.
4. Creative mindset with excellent project management skills.
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business owners and clinic teams.
6. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
