Our client, who has their head office located in Santry, Dublin, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Co-ordinator / Planner Administration at the Dublin office. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work within a team, and a high level of self-motivation.
Purpose of the role
Our vacancy is for a well-presented and experienced Co-ordinator / Planner Administrator. The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role.
General Description of Activities:
1. Liaising with customers in relation to scheduling service and validations of hospital equipment.
2. Manage day-to-day call outs to HSE & Private hospital groups.
3. Check and file reports from service engineers.
4. Sending daily jobs to customers.
5. Sending Validation reports to customers.
6. Processing daily service orders on Microsoft Dynamics.
7. Generate monthly service reports.
8. Conducting regular reporting processes in line with KPIs.
9. Assisting the Sales and Service team field-based.
10. Support the incoming and outgoing correspondence, including post and booking couriers.
Specific Job Requirements:
* Conveying company policy to external parties in a positive manner.
* Microsoft Dynamics – knowledge and experience an advantage.
* Experience in customer service.
* Excellent communication skills and team working skills with a high level of energy and urgency to deliver results. You will demonstrate leadership with both internal and external stakeholders at all times.
* Competent in Microsoft Suite.
* Strong time management skills with acute attention to detail.
* You must be hard-working and have critical thinking skills.
* The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and work on your own initiative.
