Key Responsibilities:
* General administrative duties, including managing emails, filing, and scheduling.
* Creating and processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.
* Preparing quotations for customers and supporting the sales process.
* Assisting in maintaining accurate financial and inventory records.
* Providing support to various departments as needed.
* Handling phone calls and customer inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in an engineering or technical environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
