We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Administration Officer (Grade IV) to join our team in Enable Ireland Children’s Services based at Curraheen, Cork.
Contract Type: Full time, permanent
Contract Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary Scale: €32,269 to €49,298 per annum. Salary scales are subject to LSI’s (Long Service Increments)
Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days per annum
Overview of the Post:
To provide administrative support to the Director of Services (DoS) Office, Children’s Services Manager (CSM) as relevant & Children’s Disability Network Managers (CDNM) in relation to supporting CDNT services across the region.

The successful candidate will have:
1. Leaving certificate or equivalent standard of education
2. A minimum of 3 years relevant administrative experience
3. Excellent IT skills, including extensive use of and proficiency in the MS Office Suite
4. Full clean drivers licence
5. Experience of working at reception
6. A relevant secretarial/business or IT studies qualification
7. Experience of working in a similar role in the healthcare/disability sector
