€50,000 About the Position We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a manufacturing facility in Co. Cavan.

What Youll Do Manage and coordinate day-to-day production operations to meet output and quality targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Monitor and improve production processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality, maintenance, and supply chain, to optimise production workflows.
Track and report on KPIs, such as productivity, quality, and downtime, identifying areas for improvement.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and performance.
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, operations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Proficiency in production management software and tools is an advantage.
